About us: Our ladies-only studio in Heckmondwike West Yorkshire has been purposely designed to make you feel special the moment you walk through the door!
I offer specialist varieties of confidence building health and fitness classes all designed to work on your body mind and soul in the most intense, fun and effective way for the best results.
Personal Training sessions are available to Ladies, Groups and Children who want my dedicated time and support to achieve a specific weight loss weight gain muscle tone or body shape.
Whatever your goal, big or small, we can achieve it.
On top of classes and Personal Training, I offer my Nutrition Mission Plan if you want to give your body the full treatment – inside and out
It’s easy to see how exercise has a positive impact on your life. It all starts with your first SXE FIT class!
You’ll find a spacious reception area, a fancy toilet suite, two specialist studios, a seated communal area and a beauty salon – it’s about time us ladies had somewhere special to do some bonding and get healthy at the same time!
Both studios are fully equipped with mirrors, club lighting and twinkle lights for the full experience!
The dance studio has 12 Stainless steel poles, six of which are 12 feet tall. The poles can be static or spinning, and are shared by up to10 students per class, all my girls aka sxefit machines will encouraging you when it’s your turn to make the most of your inner exhibitionist!
SXEFIT is a judgement free gym. I pride myself on having an atmosphere and studio where NO CLICKS are allowed and you will not be allowed to return or will be asked to leave if I feel this is been represented in anyway
